Simplified Online School Photo Ordering Process

Parents receive a direct ordering link via email once the school photoshoot is complete. This system replaces the old method of sending paper envelopes back to school with cash or checks. You can view your child's portraits in a private gallery before making any financial commitment.

Our Minneapolis Photography FAQ page details how our "View First" model empowers parents to crop and customize images. This digital workflow ensures that you only pay for the specific poses and products you love. We aim to make the transition from the camera to your home as smooth as possible.

Ordering School Pictures After Picture Day

Parents can order school pictures long after the initial Picture Day has concluded. We archive every photo we take and keep the ordering links open indefinitely for your convenience. This allows families to purchase additional prints or digital files as needed throughout the school year.

If you lose your original access code, you can simply contact our team to retrieve your link. Our school picture day services are designed to be flexible for busy Twin Cities families. We take pride in being a reliable resource for local schools and parents year after year.

Timeline for Receiving Your School Photos

Digital downloads are typically available immediately after purchase, while physical prints arrive via direct-to-home shipping. By shipping directly to your residence, we eliminate the risk of photos getting lost or damaged in a student's backpack. This process usually takes a few weeks from the time the order is placed.

Kemmetmueller Photography utilizes efficient local logistics to serve the Twin Cities, Minnesota area quickly. We prioritize fast delivery without compromising the high-end quality of our professional prints. Our team monitors every batch to ensure your milestones arrive in perfect condition.

Digital Downloads for Professional School Portraits

Digital downloads are available for every school portrait purchase to allow for easy social sharing and archiving. When you choose a digital option, you receive high-resolution files that are perfect for DIY printing or sharing with relatives. These files provide a permanent backup of your child’s school years.

Using a school photographer who offers digital-first options makes modern scrapbooking much easier. Our password-protected galleries ensure that only authorized users can access and download these personal images. We are committed to protecting student data while providing versatile ways to enjoy your photos.

Accessing Your Child’s Online Photo Gallery

Parents access their child’s online gallery by scanning the unique QR code provided on Picture Day or clicking the link sent to their email. These QR codes are individual to each student, ensuring that you only see your own child's portraits and relevant group photos. You can even pre-register your email before the photos are live to receive an instant notification.

If you have multiple children, using the same browser and email address allows you to combine orders into one cart. This smart system helps families save on shipping costs by grouping different galleries together. We strive to provide the most user-friendly experience for every family at Kemmetmueller Photography.

At Kemmetmueller Photography, we are honored to be a part of your family's journey through the school years. Our team is dedicated to capturing the authentic spirit of every student we meet. If you have any questions about an upcoming shoot or a previous order, please reach out to us directly.
